Madison Platinum?

Maybe so, maybe not. Thats cool, folks will always be haters of people on bikes. I'm from Detroit, and rode all over in Lansing and Kalamazoo. That is car country, folks. Your city doesn't need to have a Platinum rating to ride your bike. Just ride!
