Build Something

That there is a B-24 Liberator. My grandmother used to build them at the Willow Run factory during the early part of WWII. Pretty bad ass huh? Yep, I've always been proud of my grandmother. She really was Rosie the Riveter. Rose Zuziak.

Dymaxion

Had a great opportunity to visit The Henry Ford Museum this past weekend with my folks when I was back in Detroit. One of the better surprises of the museum visit was checking out Buckminster Fullerss Dymaxion House. I've seen some of Fullers work before (he is the man credited with inventing the geodesic dome) but I was impressed with how ahead of its time the Dymaxion House was. I wanted one. Sadly, the only one is there at the museum...it did get me to thinking though...If you are ever in Detroit, I highly recommend a visit!

Best Pinata Ever

ZR had a Pinata at his BBQ, it was filled with tiny bottles of booze, black cats, squirt guns and some other stuff. It was the best pinata ever.

Wasted

This is how I feel right now. Just spent two weeks, literally, on the road. Literally as in we traveled 5,300 miles through some wide open spaces. It was awesome. But right now, I'm trying to get my shit back together.

More very soon.
